Our Zoom trainer will take you through best practices and essential steps to get set up with our cloud-phone solution in no time, including user & license assignment, hardware selection, number porting, auto receptionists, call queues, delegation and more. This session is public and open to all Zoom users. Attendees will be muted and able to submit questions via text.
At the end of the session, you will be able to:
- Identify devices and peripherals used within Zoom Phone solution
- Manage user licenses, port numbers, create call queues & auto receptionists
- Identify web management and analytical tools available for Zoom Phone
